In Steve's words.

“If you’re flying 200 hours a year, I can pretty much show you how I can get you 30 more days in the office a year”

On when owning a private jet actually makes sense

“The true definition of success is when you wake up in the morning and you can’t wait to go to the office, and at the end of the day, you can’t wait to get home and see your family”

On what's his definition of True Wealth is

“You can change the interior of an airplane. You can’t change the history. You can’t change the pedigree”

On what really matters when buying a private jet

“Don’t look in my pocket. Look in your pocket. Look at how much more I’m going to save you when we’re buying an airplane and how much more I’m going to make you when we’re selling your airplane”

Steve Varsano

Founder, The Jet Business · London

Steve Varsano founded The Jet Business in 2011, the first ground-floor corporate aviation showroom in the world, on Hyde Park Corner. Over four decades he has brokered aircraft for royalty, heads of state and self-made founders, building a reputation as the person the very wealthy call when they want to buy back their time.

He started selling aircraft in 1984 and has closed deals across six continents. On True Wealth he talks candidly about the sales he lost, the structures he refused, and the quiet conversations that only happen above the Atlantic.
